DISC_DRONE - E/MX.3 : (Envelope-Embedded Deployable Smart-Duster)

It seems like the world is going to be populated by drones soon. In the United States drones for private use will be legal in 2015 but they are all over the rest of the world already. These ones fly themselves, organize themselves and deliver themselves back to envelope-embedded sockets in landscapes, building skins, infrastructural frameworks, urban surfaces, distribution systems, manufacturing environments and so on. They are outfitted with sensor arrays, mesh-networking modules and undercarriage arrays with fittings for mist-irrigation, crop-dusting, delivery claws, fluid siphoning and disposal, seeding and pollination. They are deployed from and stored in recharging sockets that can exist in wet/dry environments in a variety of locations.
